Ltd. primarily operates as a service-based recruitment and manpower solutions provider, there are occasions where physical items such as recruitment documents, onboarding kits, promotional materials, ID cards, training handbooks, or certificates may be dispatched to clients, employees, or associated candidates.
This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing such shipments, including processing times, delivery methods, shipping charges, and liabilities.

This policy applies to:

Clients receiving physical onboarding kits or HR tools

Recruited candidates receiving joining kits or ID cards

Partner organizations receiving promotional or branding materials

Any entity expecting a physical shipment from ATS under a valid engagement
All shipping is conducted only after a valid agreement or approved order confirmation.
3. Shipping Areas Covered
We offer shipping and dispatch services across India, including:

Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities

Rural or semi-urban regions (based on courier availability)
Currently, we do not offer international shipping unless specifically arranged and agreed upon.
4. Order Processing Time
All physical shipments are processed within 2 to 4 working days after:

Receipt of complete delivery information

Internal confirmation of order packaging

Payment clearance (if applicable)
Processing time excludes weekends, government holidays, and days affected by strikes or natural delays.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days

Tier-1 & Tier-2 Cities: 3 to 6 business days

Rural Areas: 5 to 9 business days (subject to logistics partner availability)
A tracking ID will be shared (if applicable) via email or WhatsApp once the shipment is dispatched.

7. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free of cost for most standard dispatches included under service packages.

Clients/candidates are responsible for tracking their packages and coordinating delivery at their address.
9. Address Accuracy

Absence of recipient at the delivery location
Please ensure that complete and accurate shipping information is provided during the request or onboarding process.
10. Delivery Issues & Delays
In rare cases, delays may occur due to:

In such scenarios, ATS will assist in coordination but is not liable for losses caused by external courier agency actions.
11. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, tampered, or incomplete:

Inform us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures and details

We will raise a complaint with the courier and initiate a re-shipment (if validated)
In case of lost shipments, we will either:

Re-dispatch the order

Refund shipping costs (if separately charged)

Offer alternate resolution on a case-to-case basis
ATS is not liable for delays or losses due to third-party courier negligence, but we commit to resolving issues in good faith.
12. Return-to-Origin (RTO)
If a package is returned to us due to:

Incorrect address

Recipient unavailable

Refusal to accept
Re-shipping can be arranged at client/candidate’s cost. No refund is issued for return shipping or service already rendered.
